Anna Sui Women Spring 2009 ready-to-wear

Let me introduce the anna sui ready-to-wear spring 2009 collection. This collection captures my eye with the colourful design of this collection. Two question raised in my mind so suddenly, is it too complicated for the matching of lots of collour within one brand? Is it impossible to have much colour variation on one single outfit? These are some interesting questions for a student who are now studying in colour. Since i was small, i have received a lot of comments from the magazine, newspaper and tv channel that the "famous" fashion reporter criticize the artists of their clothing. One comment that i must remember is that" do not wearing over 3 colours for your clothing, otherwise it will be very awful." I believe that is the reality and seldom use more than 3 colours on mix and match. After seeing this collection, i notice that "3 colours" is not the strict rule, it only relies on how a people mix and match and strive for a balance point.

The theme is like"travelling around the world". Base on this theme, this collection contain colour that can represent lots of countries. For example, Holland, Thailand, Indian....

Got lots of feeling from this collection... Colourful, optimistic and happy! A good combination of colour is very essential!
